JaQuay is a local historian with a significant knowledge of the rich Homestead history.
Some of his work about the Burwell family has been published in recent editions of the Valley Mirror, where he is an historical columnist. His research efforts helped lead to the documentation necessary to replace one of the worn Veterans stones in the Soldiers Circle! We will be spotlighting his work in next week’s edition of Voices of the Past.
